SUPERSHAFTY is going to be hosting very likely the 9th, and FINAL Annual Fall Crawl at the Adventure Sports Center International (ASCI)
This is a Man Made Whitewater facility in McHenry Maryland (Deep Creek Lake)
And it is my understanding that this winter, its getting BULLDOZED for houses. (SAD FACE)
The Main portion of this event will be based on SORRCA rules.
Class 1, Class 2, Class 3, DivaC2, SCX6, Young Guns and the Free Kids Class, and the ever popular U4 Style Rock Race
We will also have some additional NON Scale Classes Based on WRCCA Rules, Pro Class, Sportsman Class, SUPER and Mini Class.
Also the WE-RC-ROCK 1.9 Unlimited Class, and the 1.9 Plastic tube frame Trail Buggy Class (Custom Rules).
This year, there is NO rooms blocked off at the Wisp Resort.
There is also TONS of rental properties around the lake, which this is off-season, so Group together and rent a whole house for cheap.
And RV Camp sites less than 5 miles away on the other side of rt219.
There are LOTS of accessible areas for those with limited mobility to watch.
Kids are welcome. There will be 2 kids courses during the event each day for Kids 12 and under. For those that are more skilled, We have a 16 and Under Class, they are also encouraged to compete in the normal classes too.
We have to get an insurance policy in order to use the event site. Which states that Alcohol is not permitted.
Ez-Ups are allowed. There are no benches, tables or chairs around the comp area. Please bring your own.
Because of wind, Ez-ups MUST be completely taken down at night. Anything left standing at dark will be confiscated by ASCI event staff.
Standard restrooms are on site.
Coolers will be permitted. But NO Glass.
Smoking on course is not allowed.
No motorized vehicles except in parking lots.
Nobody is permitted on course, after the courses are closed for the day. Breaking this rule is grounds for DNF.
We should be able to get a Food Truck back again. But have not decided who yet.
4 Day Format for 2026.

WEDNESDAY Sept 30th:
3:00pm - 6:00pm - Open Registration.
3:00pm - 6:00pm - Tech opens for all classes.
THURSDAY Oct 1st:
7:30am to 10:00am - Open Registration and Tech for all Thursday Drivers. You MUST be teched in by 10am to run Thursday. Our Tech Staff will be on course from 11am to 3pm.
10:00am to 6:00pm - Class 1, Class 2, Sporty and Mini courses open.
Judges may run as many courses as they can get done Thursday.
If you are registered for any of the 4 classes listed above, and you are NOT a Judge. You may only run 1 class on Thursday, and you need to designate which class that is at Registration. There is no extra fee for Thursday running, but you are only allowed to pick one class to run, to keep the lines low, so that we can get as many of our judges through as possible.
12:00pm - 6:00pm - Open Registration.
3:00pm - 6:00pm - Tech Re-opens for all classes.
FRIDAY Oct 2nd:
7:00am to 8:00am - Open Registration and Tech
8:00am to 8:30am - Drivers meeting
8:30am to 8:45am - Judges Meeting
9:00am to 5:00pm - ALL Courses Open
SATURDAY Oct 3rd:
7:00am to 8:00am - Open Registration and Tech
8:00am to 8:30am - Drivers meeting
8:30am to 8:45am - Judges meeting
9:00am to 5:00pm - ALL Courses Open
5:00pm Until finished - U4 Racing in the bowl!!! - U4 Race track OPEN. Racers will line up with 4-5 other trucks for a 5 minute Heat race.
U4 is open to all 1/10 and 1/8 SCALE Rock trucks and 4S Max Batteries.
There will be 4 classes. 1.9 & 2.2 Solid Axle together, Unlimited/Open, 6th Scale, & 4x4 SCT. If you have something questionable, please ask ahead of time.
U4 Final directly after Heat Racing.
SUNDAY Oct 4th:
8:00am to 8:30am - Top 5 in Shootouts, re-tech trucks for Shootouts. Failure to have your truck teched by 8:30am will result in a Finals DNF.
8:30am - Door Prizes - Bring your tickets. (this is new for 2026)
9:00am to 1:00pm- Top 5 Shootouts for ALL SORRCA classes and WRCCA Pro, Mini and Sporty.
1:30pm-3:30pm - Awards & Pictures. (Door Prizes at 8:30am)
4:00pm - Travel Home safely.
